If craving sushi, you can get organic sushi nori and fill them up with freshness and veggie goodness that will taste and look incredibly like the real thing and most important, no sugar added and it’s all organic!

Let’s get rolling!!!


I made rolls with organic rice, no sugar or vinegar added to the rice...and some rolls with cauliflower rice, yep, you read it right, cauliflower is a surprise superhero of the veggie world and it taste as good if not even better than the rice ones...

Ingredients and tools:

🌸 1 half head of cauliflower or 1/2 cup organic rice

🌸 4 sheets of organic nori

🌸 1 carrot

🌸 1 avocado

🌸 1 radish

🌸 smoked salmon, paleo (vegan) cream cheese

🌸 garlic and herbs seasoning or just salt

🌸 1-2 tbs coconut amino

Different kind of assorted veggies can be used..

🌸 bamboo shushi rolling mat

🌸 food processor

Cut the cauliflower and place the pieces into your food processor and pulse several times until the cauliflower is a small and crumbly texture.

Sauté the cauliflower in sesame and coconut oil, I added a garlic and herb seasoning, salt and coconut amino, sautéed it for 5 minutes, but depends how mushy or crunchy you would like it.

Prepare the veggies and salmon, scoop the rice / cauliflower-rice onto the nori, cover nori from edge to edge with an even thin layer, leave one inch space in the end without rice.

Add the fillings close to the end of the nori , lay the pieces in a thin row.

Now you are ready to roll...use a clean sharp knife to cut the sushi into pieces...of the ends look messy just trim them off ...

Instead of wasabi I used homemade horseradish....

This is a totally delicious organic and super healthy recipe for sushi...bon appetit...
